帕金森定理和 80/20 法则

维基百科里帕金森定理：

在工作能够完成的时限内，工作量会一直增加，直到所有可用时间都被填充为止。

80/20 法则：

在任何特定群体中，重要的因子通常只占少数，而不重要的因子则占多数，因此只要能控制具有重要性的少数因子即能控制全局。

因此做事情有两个思路：

1. Limit tasks to the important to shorten work time. [80/20 rule]
   按重要程度限制任务数量来减少工作时间。[80/20 法则]
2. Shorten work time to limit tasks to the important. [Parkinson’s Law]
   减少工作时间以此来做最重要的事情。[帕金森定理]

最佳方案：

The best solution is to use both together: Identify the few critical tasks that contribute most to income and schedule them with very short and clear deadlines.

同时使用这两种方法：辨明少数对于结果最重要最有贡献的任务，给它们最短最明确的期限。
